MultiCall for Business: A Tour



Once you login to your account using your domain email id, it takes you to the dashboard.
 

Dashboard

 

Overview

The dashboard is your information tool to check all details regarding your profile; with your essential details such as Company, Name, E-mail ID, Mobile Number and City displayed. Should you find an error in any of them, you can click on the ‘Modify’ icon, and will land on the page as below upon doing so.
   Click on the green button marked ‘Request Change’  
 
Click on the drop-down menu to the right of ‘Select Change Request’ and select the category requiring change. After selecting, type the changes needed in the textbox. Please verify all changes as having been entered correctly.
 

Change Password

 
 
You can also modify your account password as and when needed.
 
Change your passwords regularly, and do not reuse them!
 

Call History

 
 
Call Monitoring is an integral feature of MultiCall; all your MultiCalls are registered in the Call History section, where you can monitor completed calls, the duration, the number of participants, and the call cost involved. This is especially useful for businesses such as SMEs needing 100% control over spending, and therein need to scrutinize their usage.
 

Funds

 
 
With both prepaid and post-paid services offered for your consideration, it’ll be necessary to know what plan the company is currently using and its validity in order to ensure smooth operations. It also provides you the information on your existing funds…separated into company balance and the balance available to users.
 
Both funds and users are resources, and resources require proper allocation in order to be efficient and effective. Considering this, the ‘Manage Users’ button lets you add users, identifying them by Name, Email ID and Mobile Number, and also to mark whether the user is authorized to execute international MultiCalls.
 
 
The ‘Manage Funds’ button lets you accordingly distribute funds for MultiCalling to the various users depending on their need of use.
 
 

Users

 
 
Besides the functions of Managing Users and Balance mentioned previously, the Users tab also allows you to view account usage history as well to maintain track of both the balance and the amount actually used.
 

Payments

 
The payments tab essentially is comprised of the following sub-sections:
 
  • Payment
  • Payment History
  • Plan My Plan
 

Payment

 

Recharge & Top-Up

 
 
You can  top up amounts under Tariff Plans specific to India. If you’re not sure how much to enter; use the Plan My Plan tool for calculating. If you already have an existing active plan, you needn’t recharge; you can use the Top-Up section.
  

Special Plans

 
Don’t forget; MultiCall also offers special plans…once you have an active account keep an eye on the available offers. You can also view the Offers tab to know what is available.
    

Payment History

 
 
This section allows you to view and monitor the status of your payments and their receipts. This will be useful in the event you have to contact customer service in the event of Technical Difficulties.
 

Plan My Plan

 
This particular section is your tool toward working out the best Tariff Plan, calculated by your usage based on requirement. This is determined by the number of users you intend to have, the members for each MultiCall, the average duration and the number of calls made in a week by a user. The suggested recharge value will be determined upon entering the information, and clicking on ‘Calculate’. Remember that the higher the plan, the more you save.
 
 

Offers

Offers Available

 
Besides in “Special Plans” you can also view available offers under the Offers Tab. Upon registration into MultiCall for Business you have a 100% add-on-balance for your first recharge. Don’t forget to view the Offers Page as well.
 
 

Offers Payments

 
This section allows you to view and monitor the details of the offers you have utilized, the amount involved and their status. This will be useful in the event you have to contact customer service in the event of Technical Difficulties.
   
 

Support
